Why don't you exchange?

We don't have an exchange policy as we all know the shipping costs have increased drastically since the pandemic. We are currently unable to import the product back to our warehouse and exchange it and ship it back to our customer at a reasonable price.

We also do not offer the possibility of refund.

In any of the following cases, we will gladly replace your item with a new one or provide a full refund:
- The wrong product was sent to you.
- The product is defective.

In case this happens, kindly reach out to us on info@shopmimoto.com with your order number and photographs of the item. You should expect an answer from us within 24 hours.
